In June Mekoprint Graphic Electronics carries out its annual customer satisfaction survey. The survey is conducted as random sampling. A questionnaire is sent out to more than 300 customer contacts.
Our goal is clear: We aim to be our customers' preferred partner. Every day we walk the extra mile to meet customer needs and add value to all our partnerships.
To supplement day-to-day contact, our customer satisfaction survey provides a clear indication of how well we meet our goal. The survey provides an overview of the division's performance generally and measures our relationship with the individual customer on the factors our customers value most.
In addition to measuring the current level of customer satisfaction, the survey gives reliable indications as to how we can bring performance up to an unprecedented level in the future.
If you wish to read a summary of the survey results (customer-specific data is, of course, confidential), please send a request by email to your regular point of contact. We will send you the results of the survey as soon as the report is ready.

We wish to express our thanks in advance for every single questionnaire returned to us. For each questionnaire we receive, Mekoprint will donate EUR 10 to UNICEF that provides humanitarian aid to children and mothers in developing countries.
