Mekoprint was yesterday awarded as one of Denmark’s Best Workplaces 2017 by the organization “Great Place to Work”. This is the second time that Mekoprint participates in the competition, where the company has moved up 15 places to number 23 on the list.
“We are often told that we have a unique culture in Mekoprint, but it’s also part of our DNA that we can always do better. Due to this, we are very proud of the award, but at the same time strive to strengthen our HR-development even more. We see all Mekoprint employees as talents, who should have the best possible opportunities to develop, with what each of us really want!” says CEO of Mekoprint, Anders Kold.
Talent and Technology development are the two key areas that Mekoprint increasingly invests in, which was acknowledged by PWC and the Danish bank Nykredit by awarding Mekoprint as theme prize winner for ‘Talent & Technology’ specifically in a Regional Leadership Competition earlier this November.
Mekoprint develops and manufactures Customized Solutions around the Customers’ Electronics.
Based on specialized Product Teams and Core Technologies, the Products range from User Interfaces, Industrial Graphics and Printed Sensors to Cables, Cabinets and Metal solutions that are developed and combined as required to e.g. Industrial Equipment, Household Appliances and Medical Equipment.
About Denmark's Best Workplaces®
Employee responses to the Great Place to Work® Trust Index® Survey, which measures the levels of trust, pride, and camaraderie within an organization, are the primary factors in determining the organizations recognized on the list. A second source of information for identifying best workplaces is the Great Place to Work® Culture Audit©, a management questionnaire that analyzes a company’s HR practices and policies.
